Samuel Reich, Esq. joined Cillick and Smith as an associate attorney in 2025. His work focuses on criminal defense, civil litigation, and personal injury. Mr. Reich graduated from the University of Massachusetts, at Amherst, in 2019 where he received a B.B.A. degree with a double major in Operations & Information Management and Legal Studies with a minor in Economics. Mr. Reich earned his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers University School of Law at Newark, NJ in 2024.

Prior to joining Cillick and Smith, Mr. Reich served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mitchell I. Steinhart, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, in Bergen County, during the 2024-2025 term. As a Criminal Law Clerk, he handled a variety of criminal matters. The clerkship provided valuable experience with courtroom proceedings, legal research, and legal writing.

He is currently admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
